Making a purchase from Shree Creations indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please create a video of unboxing of parcel and send it to our whatsapp number (+91-9140263969). return the item to us along with your order number. Once we receive and verify the return, we’ll send a fresh replacement right away.

Exchange Policy
At Shree Creations, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products once they are sold. However, we do offer a size exchange if the product doesn’t fit. If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note that you can use for future purchases.

To request an exchange, simply email us at shreecreations.ind@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup service; customers are responsible for returning the product to us.

When shipping your product back, we recommend using a traceable method to ensure safe delivery. The shipping cost for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Products must be returned within 24 hours after delivery.
  • Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Be sure to include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and the size you need in the package.
  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both sending and receiving the exchanged item.

Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes
If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note, valid for 60 days, which can be used on future purchases on our website. Please note that the credit must be used in a single transaction.

Can I Exchange a Part of My Order?
Yes, you can exchange eligible items within 24 hours after delivery. Note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange or return.

What If My Garment Doesn’t Fit?
If your garment doesn’t fit, please reach out to us within 24 hours to request a size exchange. If your size is not available, we’ll provide a credit note for future use on our website.

Why Was My Exchange Not Accepted?
We aim to provide products that meet the highest quality standards. Exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

  • If the material or color doesn’t match your expectations. We encourage customers to read the product description carefully and view all product images before purchasing.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. A color variation of 10-12% is normal.
  • Washed or worn items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
